郭台銘辦公室指出，坊間以郭台銘名義傳播投資或其他不實訊息，意圖詐取民眾資訊或錢財，辦公室會向社群平台業者檢舉，並向刑事警察局報案。因詐騙手法不斷翻新，民眾應提高警覺，避免受騙。
