漱口、鹽水或是茶水等等都不會有效果,專家指出,鹽水漱口不能預防新型冠狀病毒。皮膚在足夠的陽光和中波紫外線暴露後,可合成維生素D,而維生素D的確有被發現具調節免疫系統的作用。不論洗澡水溫幾度,人體體溫皆維持在36.5~37度C;亦沒有任何實證研究建議「每天洗41°C熱水澡5分鐘」以增強免疫力。
