假的。這是投資詐騙案，多透過網站或臉書、私人 LINE群組招募，標榜 「穩賺不賠」等口號吸引投資，以保證固定獲利，匯款或繳費成為會員後不用再做其他行為即可提領獲利，受誘民眾最後都成了受害人。
