「簡訊實聯制」5秒3步驟就完成 唐鳳：不留個資不收費
因應國內疫情升溫，營業場所需採實聯制登記，但大多店家使用紙筆登記，不但速度慢，公用的筆也會有衛生疑慮。行政院研議開發全國通用簡訊實聯制，只要掃瞄QR Code無需再填寫個人資料就能登記，行政院政務委員唐鳳於今（19日）政院記者會上做相關說明，只需要5秒、3步驟即可完成。

簡訊實聯制方式一來保護個資，二來也可以節省時間，減低接觸風險，也可能增加民眾踏進店家的意願。簡訊系統留存的資料28天之後會刪除，店家可以自行申請，若要跟其他表單搭配使用也可以。
