根據美國主流媒體ABCNews，Dr.Rajendra Kapila 的確去印度以前打過兩劑新冠疫苗注射，到印度後再感染新冠病毒住院後不治。（1）打過疫苗再被突破感染不治(Breakthrough)的機率的確存在，但是非常非常小，只有 0.00007% (美國統計一億人完成兩劑注射後，再感染病逝人數只有72人）(2)再染疫過世的多為有宿疾的長者，據Dr.Kapila前妻說，他生前有糖尿病和心臟病。
