PTT帳號「home12196」在4日早上發文稱，我國付費給公關公司，遊說美國聯邦眾議院議長裴洛西訪台，花費共9400萬元，遭外交部嚴正否認，該帳號被網紅四叉貓查出，為宜蘭縣的張姓男子所有，但張男表示，帳號多年未用不知被誰盜用，已向警方提告妨害電腦使用罪。警方表示全案已受理，由刑事局偵辦中。
