入境日為第0天，取消居家檢疫規範，進行「7天自主防疫」，旅客入境前免於「入境檢疫系統」線上申報及免持國內手機門號、取消開立旅客「入境健康聲明暨居家檢疫通知書」、停止居家檢疫之關懷追蹤機制、電子監督措施、健保註記及地方政府居家檢疫關懷服務等措施。
