本文所說中選會無公告每個投開票所有多少空白票的規定並不屬實。在選務工作手冊中有「將投（開）票報告表1份張貼於開票所門口，在不妨礙選舉人閱覽之情況下，允許任何人拍攝。」的規定，且報告內有「發出票數＋用餘票數=原領票數」的欄位，任何人都可以閱讀。
