政府有買。賈永婕捐的是「高流量濕化氧氣經鼻導管系統（HFNC）」，不是一般的「氧氣機」。 因應國內疫情，中央疫情指揮中心已於2021年規劃購置500台「高流量氧氣鼻導管全配系統」(HFNC) ，並請重症醫學會及呼吸治療師公會全國聯合會等專家提供意見及醫院測試。
