假的，根據中央社2022/9/19的新聞，台北市警察局中正第一分局有發布新聞稿表示，退警團體申請於9月20日中午12時至晚間6時於轄內總統府前凱道、內政部前濟南路段舉辦集會遊行活動。其他媒體也有報導，並沒有遭到訊息封鎖。
