假的。三倍券是用健保卡登記的，資料不全會是健保局的問題而非由政院發出簡訊提醒，此外如果是政府的網頁，網址最後會寫 gov.tw結尾，而非piee等等縮網址，，這不是政府官方的網站，請小心詐騙連結。
