確診者切勿自行到中醫診所求診用藥，以免造成社區感染擴大，務必要經正規採檢確診，配合分流隔離治療，中醫師會協助會診，評估是否適合用藥。「臺灣清冠一號」中藥方劑，該製劑含10味中藥材，目前已非專屬授權8家國內GMP中藥廠製造。
