柯文哲市長打算推疫苗通行證，變相強迫人民接種疫苗，政府應該尊重身體健康情況不適合打疫苗的族群，以及對疫苗質疑不願打疫苗的人們，不可違法擴權剝奪人民的健康自主權，強制人民打疫苗，呼籲大家行使公民權力，打電話至市政府大力反對，現在若不反對，到推出政策執行就來不及了！

COVID-19「疫苗施打記錄」除「紙本(小黃卡)」、「數位新冠病毒健康證明」、「健保快易通」外，新增「台北通(Taipei Pass)「疫苗通行證」，均可做為民眾疫苗接種證明方式。疫苗通行證並沒有強迫民眾施打疫苗，僅是做為確認有施打者的身份認證。
