COVID-19「疫苗施打記錄」除「紙本(小黃卡)」、「數位新冠病毒健康證明」、「健保快易通」外，新增「台北通(Taipei Pass)「疫苗通行證」，均可做為民眾疫苗接種證明方式。疫苗通行證並沒有強迫民眾施打疫苗，僅是做為確認有施打者的身份認證。
