有相當多的學術文章針對其中食材做探討,幾乎沒有明確證據能指出哪種食材確實致癌,花椰菜茄子以抗癌的研究占比眾多,蕨菜與紅鳳菜經查多數專家皆認為並沒有明顯證據致癌。
