日本政府自疫情以來的政策就是推廣疫苗接種而非強制，如果因為沒有接種疫苗而在職場上受到不合理對待也可以申訴，厚生勞動省的公告是沒有問題的。
（附帶一提台灣的勞動部一樣有明文要求台灣雇主不得強迫勞工施打疫苗或進行快篩、PCR檢驗，亦不得因勞工未配合而拒絕其提供勞務。）
不過第一則新聞中所宣稱「日本政府宣布取消一切新冠疫苗強制」經過路透社查證是假消息，如以上說明，日本政府未曾強制疫苗接種，所以就沒有所謂「取消」這種說法
