馬政府時代早該做的事情，拖到蔡政府上台才要新政府做，那很多事是有理也說不清，李來希從馬政府時代就在反對政府提出的改革方案了，兩代朝野，最終還是得改，如果這是一定要有人做的事情，這就沒有藍綠問題而是國家問題，對嗎？
