陳時中指出，根據衛福部統計，去年整體肺癌死亡人數為9388人，其中肺腺癌約占7成、約6571人；死亡率也逐年下降，近10年來標準化死亡率從每10萬人口25.9人降至22.8人，降幅達12%，與韓國瑜提出的數字完全不符。
