此類的偏方並沒有科學實證，目前醫學研究針對新型冠狀病毒之特性仍未完全瞭解，在沒有確切的科學實質證據論述基礎下，對於「接地抗炎、助眠，還有助改善新冠症狀」的偏方，應該抱持小心謹慎的態度，不要隨便輕易相信，也避免再轉傳親朋好友。
