上述軟體只是搜蒐集電視節目的聲音信號，不會紀錄人類的對話內容，而且在App說明描述中都有提到此音頻信號功能，用戶安裝App時，應用程式有提供存取權限設定，要得到戶同意，才會蒐集聲音信號。
