假的，施打疫苗後，不會影響自體免疫系統功能或是降低天生免疫力。mRNA並不會進入細胞核，而人體細胞會在細胞質製造蛋白、誘發免疫反應，且mRNA及其脂肪載體在幾小時內就會被分解，疫苗的長期風險也隨之降低。
