近日民眾收到假冒「衛生福利部」詐騙網站、4.0紓困補助簡訊，或自稱衛福部部紓困專案人員匯款予民眾，請民眾自行確認等情事。衛福部澄清，「因應疫情擴大急難紓困實施計畫」已於110年6月30日截止，現無與疫情相關之紓困措施或計畫，另衛福部不會以電話(或簡訊)主動通知民眾申請紓困金等核定結果，或向民眾詢問有關銀行帳號、身分證字號等個人資訊，亦不會要求匯款或保管帳戶等情形。如有上開情事，均非屬實。

有關衛福部「紓困 4.0 方案」或「COVID-19 補助計畫」的郵件，點開來會出現帶有衛福部 LOGO 的介面，要你輸入手機號碼認證並填寫身分證明資料。經查證，這些都是假冒的衛福部網站，甚至出現 5.0 的方案版本，網址用「 gov.tw 」結尾，讓人誤以為是政府網站，詐騙集團藉此騙取個資，或登入你的網銀帳戶把錢轉走。
