中華電信表示，目前沒有相關補償措施，若客戶對於現行使用費率或者綁約優惠有疑慮，可以至實體門市或撥打客服詢問，人員將會提供最划算且合適的方案給客戶。遠傳電信則表示，不會有回溯方案，不過會依市場狀況，不定期推出促銷，盼能滿足消費者的需求。
