觀光旅遊局楊勝評局長表示，預計於6月22日至6月29日開放民眾上網登記抽籤，6月30日統一抽出10,000名幸運兒，7月1日至9月30日可直接在桃園市境內合作店家消費，達到振興區域經濟的目標。為廣邀桃園優質業者加入電子旅遊券合作店家，觀光旅遊局及經濟發展局於6月10日共同舉辦店家招募說明會，詳細說明店家申請資格及方式，二場次參與人數皆爆滿。
