假的，此為東方資訊 - yotube 政治宣傳頻道，內容說外蒙被美日洗腦，實際上完全沒有外蒙回歸的訊息，在中華人民共和國建國前夕，毛澤東曾非正式向蘇聯提出外蒙古回歸問題，遭到蘇聯的拒絕。截至2021年2月底，蒙古已與193個聯合國成員國建立正式外交關係。
