藝FUN券2.0必須符合18歲以下、65歲以上、身心障礙者3項資格其中一個，且未抽中第一波藝FUN券的人才能申請，第二波紙本藝FUN券預計9月推出，將有60萬份、每份600元，金額達3.6億，預估中籤率約9%，使用期限至明年1月底。第二波的紙本藝FUN券將與四大超商合作，至超商事務機插健保卡就能申請、領取，方便長者使用。
