這是2011年的舊新聞，DEHP已被環保署公告為第四類毒性化學物質，業者為降低成本及增加產品穩定性，惡意將DEHP添加進起雲劑中，已違反食品衛生管理法，可處六到三十萬罰鍰，若產品有致危害人體健康情形，也可依法移送法辦。
