財政部賦稅署強調，每年統一發票開獎獎別及組數係於年初時依據立法院三讀通過之統一發票給獎經費預算規劃並發布，年度中再檢視中獎獎金經費執行情形，倘獎金較為寬裕，於下半年各期別適度增開雲端發票專屬獎或六獎組數，不會對未中獎發票再開1次獎。
