前勞委會勞保處處長孟藹倫女士聲稱各項年金財務都非常健全、沒有破產問題，與退撫基金實際財務狀況不符。
政府也是基於負責任的態度，如實公布相關財務狀況，而非如前處長所言拿潛藏負債恐嚇民眾。
